True North Care is a federally incorporated Canadian healthcare staffing company operating across British Columbia and Alberta. We place Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Health Care Aides, allied health professionals, and physicians — on temporary, permanent, and contract arrangements — at hospitals, long-term care facilities, medical clinics, and community health centres. We built this company with one focus: reliable staffing for the facilities that need it most, including rural and remote communities where healthcare gaps are the most acute.
